The clinics are represented by four brands: The Children’s Therapy Center, Fleming Therapy Services, Positive Steps Therapy, and Theraplay.
Role: Edgemont Partners acted as exclusive financial advisor to the Theraplay Family of Companies, a portfolio company of DFW Capital Partners, on its sale to Ivy Rehab, a portfolio company of Waud Capital Partners
