Edgemont Partners Advises the Theraplay Family of Companies, a portfolio company of DFW Capital Partners, on its sale to Ivy Rehab
Transaction is Edgemont’s fifth pediatric services transaction in the last eighteen months
NEW YORK, NY – July 26, 2022 – Edgemont Partners (“Edgemont”), a premier healthcare investment bank and a leading M&A and capital raising advisor exclusively serving healthcare companies, announced that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to the Theraplay Family of Companies (“Theraplay”), a portfolio company of DFW Capital Partners, on its sale to Ivy Rehab, a portfolio company of Waud Capital Partners. The Theraplay Family of Companies offers physical, speech, and occupational therapy at its 31 clinics across Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. The clinics are represented by four brands: The Children’s Therapy Center, Fleming Therapy Services, Positive Steps Therapy, and Theraplay. Its skilled pediatric clinicians offer individualized therapy services in a play-focused environment, improving the lives of thousands of children and their families.
