Client: The Vistria Group is a Chicago-based private investment firm focused on investing in middle market companies in the healthcare, education, and financial services sectors. Together with several co-investment vehicles raised since 2014, Vistria manages more than $3.0 billion of institutional capital.
Role: Edgemont Partners acted as financial advisor to The Vistria Group on its acquisition of Mission Healthcare, a portfolio company of HCAP Partners. Mission Healthcare is a leading Medicare-certified hospice and skilled home health provider with 11 locations in Southern California serving 2,200+ patients across six counties
