Role: Edgemont Partners acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Searchlight Capital Partners on its acquisition of Care Advantage, a portfolio company of BelHealth Investment Partners. Headquartered in Richmond, VA, Care Advantage is one of Mid-Atlantic’s leading home healthcare providers with 30+ branch locations serving over 11,000 patient annually throughout Virginia, Maryland, Delaware and Washington D.C. The Company provides a mix of Medicaid and self-pay nursing and personal care services such as bathing, dressing, and companionship and also provides skilled services primarily by licensed nurses and therapists.
