Client: Founded in 1987, Pediatric Health Choice is a leading operator of Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care (“PPEC”) centers. The Company provides alternative-site medical day health services for medically complex children in 17 PPEC centers across five states.

Role: Edgemont Partners acted as exclusive financial advisor to Pediatric Health Choice, a portfolio company of Clearview Capital, on its sale to Pediatric Home Service, a portfolio company of InTandem Capital Partners.
