Client: Founded in 2014, Just Home Healthcare Services (JHC) is a leading provider of medically-focused adult day health and in‐home personal care services to elderly and intellectually and developmentally disabled patients across the state of New Jersey. The company provides a comprehensive continuum of care including medical day care, living skills training day programs, home health aide services, companionship and individual support, habilitation, respite care, residential placement, recreation and transportation services.
Role: Edgemont Partners served as financial advisor to Just Home Healthcare Services, a portfolio company of H.I.G. Growth Partners, on the sale of its Personal Home Care (PHC) and Adult Day Health (ADH) divisions to Honor Health Network, a portfolio company of Webster Equity Partners and Walnut Court Capital.
