Court Square Capital Partners announces strategic investment in Team Select Home Care, a portfolio company of Tenex Capital Management

Client: Court Square Capital Partners is a middle market-focused private equity firm with $7.4 billion of assets under management and over 40 years’ experience in the industry. Since 1979, Court Square has completed over 245 platform investments, helping founders, families, and manager-owners to develop their companies into leaders in their respective markets. Court Square invests in companies that have compelling growth potential in the industrial, business services, healthcare, and tech and telecom sectors.
Role: Edgemont Partners served as financial advisor to Court Square on its strategic capital investment in Team Select Home Care, a leading home care platform that provides care primarily to protected pediatric patient populations. The existing sponsor, Tenex Capital Management, which initially invested in Team Select in October 2017, will continue to own a minority stake in the business. Founded in 2008, and headquartered in Phoenix, AZ, Team Select is a pediatric home care operator specializing in private duty nursing, family CNA, pediatric therapy, and personal care. The company provides long term, in-home care in the post-acute space and operates 39 branches across 11 states serving over 7,000 pediatric and geriatric patients.
