Simbec-Orion is a global full-service CRO with deep clinical pharmacology and clinical development capabilities with specialist expertise in oncology and rare and orphan diseases.

Role: Edgemont acted as exclusive financial advisor to Caidya on its strategic combination with Simbec-Orion, which was a portfolio company of London-based private equity house CBPE. Edgemont originated and executed the transaction on a proprietary basis.
