Professional Experience

I joined the Edgemont team in 2018. Previously, I served as a Senior Associate in the Healthcare Investment Banking Group at Mizuho Securities in New York, where I advised on sell-side and buy-side M&A, acquisition financing, and equity and debt raises in the healthcare sector. Prior to that, I served as an M&A Investment Banking Associate at Lincoln International in New York, where I provided sell-side and buy-side M&A advisory services for middle-market companies. I have covered most verticals within the healthcare segment, with responsibility for deal execution and capital raises. Earlier in my career, I served in client advisory and consulting functions in New York at Deloitte Consulting, a strategy consulting firm; GLG, an investment research provider; and Cornerstone Research, an economics consulting firm.

For me, the most rewarding part of my role at Edgemont is working closely with business owners to help them achieve their strategic, financial, and personal goals. I look forward to serving our clients in their pursuit of growth and realization of their key strategic objectives. I graduated with an MBA from Wharton Business School, an MA from the Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania, and a BA from Yale University. I hold series 63 and 79 securities licenses.

Accomplishments

My proudest professional moments have been in realizing unexpected, superb outcomes for my clients after months of hard work and dedicated service. As a consultant, I enjoyed discovering major breakthrough analyses and innovations that resulted in paradigm shifts in how our clients approached a given challenge. As an investment banker, I have cherished the opportunity to work side-by-side with passionate entrepreneurs and executives on defining and transformative transactions for their organizations. It is extremely rewarding to manage a transaction from kickoff to close and see the joy of our client upon an outstanding, successful result.

Outside of Work

Outside of work, I serve on the Board of Seeding Labs, a non-profit organization that facilitates global access to lab research equipment and scientific insights to power emerging scientists to innovate, discover, and develop cutting-edge therapies. I also serve as a Direct Impact Fellow with Echoing Green, a non-profit organization that provides seed funding and advice to some of the world’s most promising social entrepreneurs. For the past several years, I have partnered with founders and CEOs of healthcare, tech, and clean energy social impact start-ups, including serving as Deputy Chairman of the Advisory Board for a Forbes 30 under 30 Social Entrepreneur. I also sit on the Board of Directors of the Yale Alumni Fund. I enjoy skiing, basketball, hiking, scuba diving, value investing, entrepreneurship, studying foreign languages, and international travel.
