The Company uniquely provides a full spectrum of services to high-cost, must-serve seniors and specialty patients with significant life-long chronic health needs. Its primary businesses include: behavioral health (including I/DD and autism), home health care (including personal care, home health and hospice), neuro therapy, pharmacy services (including specialty, infusion and LTC pharmacy) and workforce services (job placement and vocational training), supported by telecare ancillary technologies.
