Professional Experience
I joined the Edgemont team in January 2025 to lead its Healthcare Technology coverage. Prior to that, I spent four years in the Healthcare Investment Banking Group at Deutsche Bank AG where I advised Companies, Boards and Financial Sponsors in Healthcare Technology. Previously, I spent 12 years at Citigroup in Investment Banking, primarily in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group focused on Healthcare Services and Healthcare Technology.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Rutgers University where I graduated magna cum laude. I hold Series 7 and Series 63 securities licenses.
Accomplishments
The best way to improve healthcare in the United States is through technology and innovation. Healthcare leaders and entrepreneurs are leading this charge, navigating highly competitive and regulated markets while serving multiple stakeholders. Finding the right financial and strategic partners who can provide capital and expertise is critical for a company’s growth and success. I provide expert advice on strategy, growth, and the evaluation of M&A and capital raising alternatives, in addition to superior transaction execution capabilities. Over my career, I have successfully executed over 60 M&A transactions totaling approximately $80 billion of total enterprise value.
Outside of Work
I enjoy spending time with my wife and two sons – our weekends often filled with sports and other outdoor activities like hiking, skiing or cycling. My wife and I are also avid gardeners and art collectors.
