Transaction is Edgemont’s Fourteenth Clinician Services transaction in the last three years

NEW YORK, NY – January 5, 2022 – Edgemont Partners (“Edgemont”), a premier healthcare investment bank and a leading M&A and capital raising advisor exclusively serving healthcare companies, announced that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to Amazing Dental Group on its sale to Great Expressions, a portfolio company of Roark Capital. Amazing Dental Group is a leading dental services organization in the Detroit metropolitan area. The terms of the transaction, which closed on December 30, 2021, were not disclosed. Edgemont’s deal team was led by Brett Skolnik, Managing Director.

Dr. Nawras Najor, Co-Founder and Chief Medical Officer of Amazing Dental Group, will serve as a Clinical Director of Great Expressions.

Amazing Dental Group’s sale to Great Expressions marks Edgemont’s fourteenth Clinician Services transaction in the last three years.
