Kojo has almost 20 years experience focused on transactions at the intersection of healthcare and technology.
Prior to Edgemont, Kojo was the Head of HCIT at Credit Suisse where he led the practice to become one of the top HCIT franchises on Wall Street. Before Credit Suisse, he held M&A roles with the investment banking divisions of Harris Williams and Morgan Stanley.
Beyond having his finger on the pulse of the HCIT industry, Kojo is also very involved in the impact investment space and serves on the Advisory Council for the Center for Financial Inclusion at Accion. Kojo also served on Morgan Stanley’s Microfinance Team, and on the board of Seeding Labs. He was also a member of Milken Institute Young Leaders Circle.
Kojo grew up in an entrepreneurial household and has used his long foundation in business building and a knack for value creation to start, seed invest and mentor several technology businesses across different markets. He is passionate about helping organizations prosecute transformative transactions to unleash the power of technology.
Kojo holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, diploma from Oxford University and a B.Sc in computer science from Bowling Green. He lives in New York with his wife and son.
