Prior to joining Edgemont in late 2016, I was the founder and Managing Partner of South Main Equity, a boutique financial and strategic advisory firm focused exclusively on the healthcare services sector. While South Main served clients across various verticals, I developed extensive domain expertise within the pharmaceutical supply chain and related technology-enabled services. Since 2010, I’ve led over $1.5 billion in buy- and sell-side M&A engagements for both publicly-traded and privately-held institutions operating in the Rx supply chain. The first five years of my career were spent as a buy-side corporate credit and equity analyst at a Bear Stearns hedge fund and on the proprietary investment desk of Credit Agricole CIB. I graduated from Trinity College and received my MBA from Vanderbilt University. I hold series 7, 24, 63, 66, and 79 securities licenses.

Living in the Northeast, I grew up on skis and began competing in slalom and GS when I was 12 years old. I was fortunate to attend schools that had mountains within a 10-minute drive and was able to ski every day during the winter. My wife, a Floridian, doesn’t ski, which has meant fewer fresh tracks for me over the years, but now that my son is old enough for the T-bar, I’m hoping to hit the slopes more often. In the warmer months, I’m an avid tennis player and angler.
