Patrick Bradley

Prior to joining Edgemont in 2016, I was a senior associate at Houlihan Lokey in the Investment Banking Division. Earlier in my career, I had the opportunity to obtain relevant experience at two other boutique investment banks, a growth equity and subordinated debt fund, a fast-growing startup, and for several months during college in a busy emergency room (where I learned I should stick to finance). I also received an MBA with a concentration in Corporate Finance from Vanderbilt University (Owen Graduate School of Management). Over the years as an investment banker, I’ve enjoyed working on a variety of engagements in the middle-market including sell-side and buy-side M&A, capital raises, restructurings, and strategic alternatives advisories to private and public companies. I hold series 63 and 79 securities licenses.

Each transaction represents a unique set of circumstances, options, and challenges which afford me the ability to continue learning. I’m proud to be a trusted advisor in this type of intense environment—where I receive a great deal of satisfaction from the knowledge that I added value while advising our client(s) on the best path for their business. In short, I get a thrill from teaming up with successful people in the pursuit of their goals.

When I’m out of the office, I’m passionate about being active and competing—whether that is on the golf course, the basketball court, or on the tennis court with my wife. Occasionally, I attempt to cook and I love catching up on my reading list.
